Eila is a flowing dress that gives the appearance of a blouse and high-waisted skirt set. The top features a cropped style with dropped shoulders, three-quarter sleeves, and a buttoned back. The skirt is fluid, flared, and has a skater-style silhouette. The waist is high and defined.

The lining at the bust is what allows the skirt to be worn. An invisible zipper is located at the center back, under the button placket, and allows the dress to be put on.

The pattern pieces do not overlap and seam allowances are included.
