Tondo Knit Cardigan

Tondo Cardigan is part of the Tondo collection, a collaboration between Spektakelstrik and Kit Couture. All designs in the collection are knitted in a combination of Tweed and Wool Cotton in a fine, repeating cable pattern.

The cardigan is knitted from the top down in cable pattern. First the back and front pieces are worked back and forth to the bottom of the armholes, then the pieces are joined and the body is continued back and forth. The sleeves are worked downwards from stitches picked up around the armholes and shaped with decreases. Finally, the neck edge is knitted and buttons are attached.
