Tie Blouse x Peggy Collar x Lantern Sleeves

This is the printed sewing pattern for the TIE blouse with Peggy collar and LANTERN sleeves. The TIE blouse is an open blouse with a loose fit, v-neck and a tie closure in the front. The PEGGY Collar is a wide collar with square flaps in the front and round shape in the back. It has a ruffled edge, but can be made with or without ruffles. The LANTERN sleeve is a two piece sleeve, with a t-shirt like upper sleeve and voluminous lower puff style sleeve. The sleeve hem is gathered with an elastic band.
