Prose Dress & Skirt

PROSE combines a V-neck, button-front inspired bodice with a pleated skirt featuring darts, pleats and large Italian pockets. The pattern can be sewn as a dress or skirt, in long or short versions, and the dress can be made with or without sleeves. An elasticated back waistband keeps the fit comfortable while preserving the clean front.

With sleeves – long dress: 34–46: 280 cm; 48–52: 310 cm
With sleeves – short dress: 34–40: 230 cm; 42–52: 260 cm
Sleeveless – long dress: 34–38: 230 cm; 40–52: 260 cm
Sleeveless – short dress: 34–40: 180 cm; 42–52: 210 cm
Long skirt: 180 cm
Short skirt: 130 cm
30 cm fusible interfacing
60 cm contrasting fabric for the bottom ruffle
210 cm piping if desired
3 buttons approx. 12 mm for sleeveless dress; 5 for long-sleeved version
2 cm wide elastic, 32–53 cm depending on size
