Recommended fabric and notions
The pattern is designed for woven fabrics. The following types work well: Outer fabric: Heavier fabrics such as denim, canvas, beaver nylon, or a strong twill weave (approx. 220g-300/m2)
Lining fabric: Synthetic (polyester/acetate) lining fabric, e.g., satin, or alternatively fleece for extra warmth.
Ribbed fabric: A heavier rib with at least 3% elastane/spandex.
Additional stretch fabric: Heavier stretch fabrics such as interlock jersey or sweatshirt fabric (approx. 240g-280g/m2) with 5-8% elastane/spandex.
